This policy explains what information Spin It Laundromat, Inc. ("Spin It", "we") collects on this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers spinitlaundromat.com only, not the laundromat itself.
What we collect
When you schedule a pickup, send a message or ask for a business quote, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email, pickup address and ZIP code, your preferences and your message. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your browser type, the pages you visit and your approximate location from your IP address.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and complete your pickup or order.
- To answer your questions and send you a quote.
- To check that a ZIP code is in our pickup area.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We don't sell your information. We don't use it for advertising networks.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run this website and our ordering system, and only so they can do that work for us: website hosting (Vercel), our content system, email delivery for the contact form (Resend) and a spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser, not your messages). We may share information if the law requires it.
Booking with CleanCloud
Online booking on our Schedule a pickup page runs on CleanCloud, the laundry software we use in the store. When you book, sign in or add a card there, you're using CleanCloud's booking app inside our page: CleanCloud collects your name, contact details, address, order details and card (stored by its payment processor, never by us), under CleanCloud's own privacy policy. The app loads from cleancloudapp.com only on that page, and we've switched off its automatic analytics.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. A map from Google loads only when you scroll to it or open it, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. The booking app on the Schedule a pickup page stores your sign-in in your browser, as any app account does, and the spam check on our forms sets no tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact details as long as we need them to serve you and keep our records, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Call (401) 615-7748 or email spinitlaundromatri@gmail.com, and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
